How to make a payment to CRA?

• Use online banking. First add CRA as a payee, then make the payment the same way as you pay other bills.
• Use CRA My Payment with your bank card.
• You can visit any bank branch to make the payment in person, free of charge.
• If you have your CRA "My Account", you can go there to setup pre-authorized debit agreement before filing your return.

Tip: At the final stage of filing your return, if you answer Yes to the question "I will make an electronic payment using my financial institution's Internet or telephone banking services within the next five days", CRA will hold the assessment and wait for 5 days.
