How to Downgrade/Upgrade a profile in the account?
To change a profile from "needs a return" to "not need a return" or vice versa:
- switch to his/her name,
- go to "Identification" page under "Start Point" or under "Account & Personal".
- then on the right side, at the very bottom, click on "click here" to downgrade or upgrade.
